Nonetheless, there's a tropical storm in the gulf, and a lot of Alabama will be feeling the effects. For your local forecast, go here if you are in the Montgomery/Selma Market, otherwise here.

Fear not.
Our daughter works for the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration in Silver Spring MD, and she wouldn't send a hurricane to her parents in Montgomery, would she?
Generally not, but then again there was that one birthday when she really really really wanted a pony.....
Our daughter's birthday is coming in early September. Better watch out, around that time!
