And just think... this Alabama Supreme Court said that the penalties that were assessed against ExxonMobile for PURPOSELY and KNOWINGLY DEFRAUDING our people were "excessive" and reduced the judgment/penalty against them.
Now look what they've done.
They probably won't be sued... but SHOULD have a class action issued against them by EVERY citizen of LA, AL & FL - maybe even TX.
