A 911 Brick Crumbles?

     One part of the post 9-11 security net has been dismantled by a Federal Judge. The so-called "national security letters"--what I call the make-yourself-a new-law powers----have been struck down as unconstitutional. 
     I just wonder why it took so long! The issue will have to eventually be decided by SCOTUS.
