I heard the emergency crews rushing to this accident in Montgomery around Midnight Saturday and managed to get these stills. A police information officer says the person on the bike was apparently not seriously injured because their department had not been notified about it. Drive carefully!
Ridiculous. "Apparently not seriously injured" because the police dept. didn't receive a report, doesn't mean that the person wasn't hurt.

Thanks Jay, but to clarify...there is a police report, but the information office was not alerted to it...SOP is for officers to report more serious incidents to them, since it is likely media folks like me will be asking about it.
