FEWER Inmates CAN equal LESS Crime, not more.

     A new PEW study indicates Alabama is putting more people in prison...the 5th largest increase in the country...but it is not causing an equal reduction in crime.  States that are putting fewer people in jail are achieving larger crime reductions.
