It doesn't look like much, but this is Jupiter and its moons from my deck as seen by the best zooming power my SLR can offer. The Planet is as closes as it gets to Earth tonight.
The camera does a much better job on tonight's full Earth Moon.
Of course Jupiter is about 368 Million Miles from earth.
Earth's Moon is just under 239,000 miles away.
