I read this comment in a NY Times review of TV shows about Handmaid's Tale, and could not agree more.
"There is only so long, in a series about bondage and rape, that you can string out the cycle of raising and dashing hopes without numbing or traumatizing your audience."
Exactly what I said after the most recent episode.
GIVE ME SOME RETRIBUTION
... or I am abandoning this show.
That's what happened with Lost. The producers pushed me over the edge and I stopped being entertained. Bye Bye.
