A two-time Montgomery Quarterback Club Player-of-The-Week nominee has been charged with murder.
Police say the 19 year old Carver High School Senior, Terrence Webster, fired the shots that caused a Carver freshman to run onto the West-South Boulevard where Keiauna Williams was hit by a car and killed about 11:00 PM on a Saturday, December 1, 2018.
This is the incident that prompted a discussion on my Facebook page about parents tracking their children by cell phone.
