Mental Illness & Smoking

     CDC report says smoking is much more prevalent among people with a mental illness...especially younger people. Surprisingly, the lowest numbers came in The South, while the Mid-West had the highest.
     In Alabama, 47% of people with AMI (any mental illness) smoke...twice the general population 22.5% rate.
