Regular visitors know my distaste, OK hate, for mandatory binding arbitration.
Now, some folks are finding themselves agreeing to it by downloading a coupon, "liking" a product on a Facebook page, or even just visiting a product's webpage.
The "contract" you sign giving up your right to sue them is in their "privacy policy". When is the last time you read one of those?

Thank you, Tim, for this information. I was thinking about the arbitration clause just yesterday when I passed an auto dealership. I'll cut my coupons out of the Sunday paper from now on, too.
