   Forgive my lack of enthusiasm for the much talked about Hyperlapse by Instagram.
     It's a cute effect that might be appropropriate now and then but 

" a leap forward in the evolution of amateur videography"

I think not. Perhaps the excitement is because this multi-task short attention span era can't stand to actually watch something in real time. Now everything can be watched in a fraction of the time it actually happened. Oh Joy.
