The folks an MSN are out with  a list of the fifty worst American cities in which to live, and in raw number the big state losers are in The South: Georgia and Tennessee have three cities each on the list. Thirteen are within hailing distance of Alabama, including this state's largest city, Birmingham, which ranks second after Detroit.
