A second person to hate, or at least dislike a LOT!

Robo-calls originator fined 129-Million. I hope he has the cash, or has to sell everything he owns to pay the fine. WaPo has the story.

Adrian Abramovich made almost 100 million spoofed robocalls over a three-month period at the end of 2016. The FCC argued that Abramovich’s operation made the phony calls to trick consumers into answering and listening to his advertising messages. The fine was based on 80,000 spoofed calls the commission had verified.
“We take spoofing seriously at the FCC and we will continue to do everything we can to confront the scourge of spoofed robocalls,” FCC Chairman Ajit Pai said in a video message after the announcement.

And maybe as an added punishment, require him to use an old dial phone for ten years. Or a lifetime.
