Even in nationally produced commercials, poor English abounds.
No shortage of "there's" with a plural object...as in "There's a lot of cars to choose from"...and this TV commercial for a car wax in which the actor says:

Then here's the as vs like error that's hard to miss...
"Like I was saying" should be "As I was saying"
And mistakes involving the difference between fewer and less.
I need to let all of this go. Nobody seems to care. Just old people, and sometimes not even them!
