Cause of this disaster? They forgot to bolt it down!
The colloquial term is "Shanghaied.' It's as appropriate now as it was then. I'm glad that President Obama approved the three year tariff on Chinese imports to the United States. Interestingly, the World Trade Organization is opposing it.
OOPS, building fall go boom! How did they manage to get it that far before this happened? Or with no fatalities?
