General Fund Chair John Knight was the guest on Friday night's FTR, and although his name has been linked to the grant money Senator E.B. McClain is alleged to have arranged in return for a kicback, Rep. Knight wouldn't comment in it on FTR, nor say if he's been interviewed by the FBI. The Times piece says there is great fear of speaking among legislators, saying one agreed to an interview only if it was in the middle of a very large parking lot...presumably to avoid bugs.
