When I first spotted the headline, I though I was reading an old archived online story from the Birmingham News Circa 1980...complaints about a TV show from the Parent's Television Council....which says the TV show "GossipGirl" includes too much sex stuff and teenagers are going to be harmed.
Choo! Choo! Choo!
That's the sound of that train from many many miles away, since it left the station a few decades ago.
In the Internat age, what broadcasters offer is less and less a concern for parents because the kids have instant access to almost everything. In fact broadcasters like CW are doing everything they can to attract kids back to the tube, including producing provocative shows like G.G.
The best thing the PTC can do is hush. All they're doing is drawing attention to the show, and if they say it too loudly, the kids might hear!
