We're bombarded by conflicting reports about what's dangerous and what isn't.
- Coffee is bad for you, no, wait coffee is good!
- Drink Green Tea...but wait, not that much!
- Take vitamins, but not this kind. On second thought, don't take 'em at all.

Of course coffee is not good for you!
