This is a leftover campaign sign from the Montgomery City Council race...though to be honest (and fair...and balanced...) I only spotted this design in the days after Tracy Larkin and all of the incumbents except one were reelected (the other incumbent is in a runoff).
These signs are still up weeks after the election.
Tracy is a former media guy---in fact he is, like myself, a former host of the former "For The Record" on APT.
Does he not know that's a FOX News phrase? Is it a tongue-in-cheek reference? Whatever.
