BP Suit Settlement?

     The case is due in court in New Orleans tomorrow, but at the last minute, a one-week delay was announced.
     There may be a settlement agreed to.
     BP has no interest in spending the next half year or more in court generating more negative headlines, so they have an incentive to settle. State and Federal Government coffers need a quick infusion of cash about right now, so they're ready too.
     We'll see.
