Crowd Rule/Vox Populi/Democracy at Work

     The folks at the Komer Foundation have now learned the lesson they could have discovered much more cheaply by paying attention when the Banks tried to impost a debit card fee There was also the entire Occupy movement, and more recently, when SOPA and PIPA were about to be passed by Congress.
     I'm confident there are meetings going on in corporate boardrooms, trying to figure out a way to avoid the same fate.
     How about considering the effect of decisions on customers/clients before pulling the trigger?
