They are already in the start of the biggest bankruptcy in U.S. History because of a failure to lead by their elected officials in a sewer financing deal, and now The Birmingham News reports they are being called to task by a Federal Judge for ignoring a consent agreement they signed ending a lawsuit over discriminatory hiring against women and black applicants.
I'm sure there will be a time when all of this will be a dim memory, but for the moment!
