Litter on a stick revenge

     As regular visitors know, I'm not a fan of those temporary signs that pop up in rights-of-way everywhere...and now I've found out about a community in Florida that has a great solution. As the Hollywood, Florida, sanitation workers gather those signs, they write the phone numbers on a list and programming a robo-call machine the city bought to call the numbers. Over. And Over. And Over. The message: you are violating the law, come down to  City Hall and promise to stop and we'll stop calling....Well, they DID want people to call them!
