Copycat Sentencing?

     The Alabama legislature has approved a bill that will allow the state to prosecute someone for methamphetamine possession or production if the substance they are using. or have on them, is mimicking methamphetamine's effect. I have no idea how they'll ever prove the effect is the same.      
     It's the state's effort to deal with those marijuana look-alike products sold as Spice etc.
