Anniston Star Editorial

     The Anniston Star editorializes that Alabama Legislators have "kicked the can" about the General Fund deficit, forcing voters to make a decision that the voters sent them to Montgomery to make.
     Thus, voters will have to decide whether to raid an oil and gas trust fund to prop up Medicaid. 
     The entire General Fund Budget was balanced on the presumption that voters will say yes.
     And if they say no? Special Session time, again.
