E-Coli

     Alabama and five other states have reported 18 cases of the illness, and one death. Most at risk are children, the elderly and those with compromised immune systems.
     The fatal case involved a 21 month old in Louisiana.
     The source is unknown, but health officials are interviewing the victims to see if there is a common thread, perhaps something all of them ate.
