A Good Read

Desmonte Leonard
Josh Moon asks in a column in today's Montgomery Advertiser whether Desmonte Leonard could have been justified in the Auburn shootings because of the Alabama Castle Doctrine, this state's version of Florida's Stand Your Ground law.
At first I rejected even the possibility, but Moon makes a good case that Leonard had been hit on the head with a beer bottle before he opened fire.
     Makes 'ya think.
