SCOTUS

We'll have to wait for a ruling on Obamacare from the Supreme Court. Some day between now and Friday they'll issue their decision.
But they did issue a few interesting ruling today, including a ban on automatic life-in-prison-without-parole sentences for minors. That's sure to anger lawn and order extremists, who seem to think that only stoning with sharp rocks is good enough to people who kill. Ironically, some prison officials say parole is an excellent management tool for them in controlling prison populations. If you can't offer a prisoner hope of getting out, what can you give 'em?
That case was argued and won by Bryan Stevenson of the Montgomery based Equal Justice Initiative.
