A proposal from Boeing to get rid of all of the space junk...the leftover rocket parts etc (as visualized below), by using a great cloud of gas to slow the orbit of the junk down, allowing it to fall to earth and vaporize on the way down.

No crazier than Romney's 5 point plan. And just as disastrous.
