Some people believe it is child abuse to circumcise a baby boy in the first place, but this bizarre religious practice goes even further. Under what circumstances would you intentionally allow your newborn to be cut and then have someone place his mouth on the wound?
The result of this rirual is two newborns infected with hepatitis.
The people who do this insist it is their religious freedom. Everybody is always defending the rights of fetuses to live. How about the rights of infants. Or is it OK since it is considered a religious practice?
