MMMM #391 --The Press-Register is Moving....out.

AL.com, the nom du guerre used by the state's three formerly largest newspapers in the struggle to survive the great digital transformation, "reports" the company has sold the newspaper's building on Water Street.
In a "story"  news release published under the website's news banner, with no byline and not a single critical question, AL.COM promises the same commitment the paper has had to Mobile for 200 years.
The building is being sold to Bishop State Community College for their Allied Health, Math and Science Departments.
The remaining Press-Register employees will be moving into some unspecified offices. Perhaps they can use the brand new Montgomery Advertiser building in Downtown Montgomery, since it too is on the market? Or the much larger Birmingham News building, also up for grabs.

  1. Mr Lennox,

    RE: Trayvon Martin protests

It's "Arizona Tea," not "AZ Tea."
