The OTHER Confederate Capital

Re-enactors in Alabama, 2009

     Alabama already has one of those huge Confederate Flags flying, appropriately along it's main North-South Interstate, near Verbena, not too far from Montgomery. It was erected in 2005.
     Now the other state where the Confederate Capital was located, Virginia, has one too.
      It's on private property, right on I-95...another of the North-South Interstates, and close to Richmond, where The Confederacy moved its Capital after a few months in Montgomery.
