Death Delayed

    

      Tonight at 10:00pm on CBS 8 and ABC Montgomery, an Extra report about an Alabama prison inmate who has been on death row for 30+ years. 

     Prosecutors say he shot and killed two convenience store clerks a few miles and a few hours apart in Montgomery...in 1981.
     His lawyers have an appeal pending in the Federal Courts that could result in a 4th trial.
