Phone Complaints

Q. Do you have more or fewer complaints about phone service now than you did back in the 90's?

The Alabama Public Service Commission is being asked to back off from regulating land-line phones, the theory (from AT&T) being that there is enough competition now and customers can just change companies if they are unhappy.

Oddly enough, al.com reports PSC President Twinkle Cavanaugh is not taking a position on the change. Isn't that their job?
