From Outside: The Boston Globe

The Boston Globe has a story today about the federal investigation into Alabama prisons, especially the Tutwiler Prison for Women in Wetumpka.

".....conditions are so bad that the federal government says they are most likely unconstitutional, (Tutwiler) is only one in a series of troubled prisons in a state system that has the second-highest number of inmates per capita in the nation."
