45 years ago today I had my first paid on-air broadcasting gig, at
WBAB, Babylon, New York.
It was a Sunday, and the shift was 12:00AM till 6:00AM, the only hours with which they would trust a rookie.
That's amazing!
I mean it's amazing that I managed to keep that stupid piece of paper all of these years.
Notice I got bored with the "log" it in less than a month. (-:

I commemorate this anniversary, instead of waiting for the 50th, in 2019, because who can tell? I might change careers between now and then.

It's a long way to Tipperary, and you're a long way from Babylon, but we're glad you made it down this way to the South, Tim. Congratulations on a long career in such a fluctuating business!
