Then again, one of the main factors The Street website used in determining how smart a state is: the per-centage of the population with a college degree. And I've met and interviewed some awfully dumb people with degrees.

ReplyDeleteIf you please, I'd rather be called Editor at large, or even Foreign Correspondent. (After all, I'm moving to Maryland which, oddly enough, has an official state song urging the state to join the Confederacy.)
