Remember this week as the time cable TV's stranglehold over viewers started to died.
HBO is cutting the cord, allowing individuals to subscribe to a streaming service without the now-required cable TV subscription. It begins in 2015.
No price yet...but the big question is who will be next. ESPN? Showtime?
Note to self: buy stock in companies that manufacture digital antennas to pick up local stations free.
Please stand by.
