MMMM # 523 --- Gallup: New Low for Evening TV Watching?

  

   Gallup reports only 16% of people they asked said watching TV is their favorite thing to do at night.

     But I wonder the wording. Did they ask those who said their favorite thing to do was stay at home whether they watch TV while they are staying at home?
     Other research indicated a drop in traditional TV viewing, based largely on age, but that research accounts for time shifting too (Watching a show on a DVR several days after it was first broadcast).
