Another of those reports ranking states or cities is out this morning..using crime and other stats* to come up with a list of the most and least sinful larger cities in each state. For what its worth:
52 Mobile
82 Huntsville
92 Birmingham
121 Montgomery (Ranked 179 for least excessive drinking and
147th for most charitable giving)
The least sinful in the U.S.? South Burlington, Vermont.
The most? Las Vegas.
