I was surprised that Wisconsin was not on the list after this photo emerged showing High School students giving the Nazi Salute:



 Yes, High School kids are stupid, but....really?
The one kid in the upper right NOT following the crowd told CBS News he did not feel right doing so.

    I've been in Baraboo, Wisconsin several times. The Circus World Museum, located there, is outstanding.

    I wonder if these guys are out-of-work clowns of the muddle-headed sort.
