This "repaired" hole on South Decatur Street in Montgomery's Garden District is still a mess. Troy Cable has been burying cable to provide ultra high-speed service in the Troy market. 
They sent a crew to fix it the day after we posted about the mess.....but now it is as bad as before, In fact someone put two small orange cones on top of it on Tuesday.
