Some photos from the relatively small march from the Montgomery Pride United community center to the Capitol steps on the 50th Anniversary of The Stonewall Uprising in New York City in 1968.
Even though the original Stonewall event in NYC was a protest against the police, there was a significant Montgomery police presence at today's march. In fact Chief Ernest Finley was the only official, from city, county or state, to speak.
And only one of the dozen people running for Mayor in the August election showed up, David Sadler.
