311 Failure Update (again)

     A month after the first complaint to the city's 311 help line, a sign warning somebody to remove the mattress from the Normandale neighborhood has been posted. Not sure why it took a month and four calls, and since it is sitting on the "right of way", shouldn't the city send the notice to itself?
     The address written on the notice is also wrong.

 Now we'll see if the property owner moves it, and how quickly.
