So, faced with a lawsuit and takeover of the Alabama Prison System after decades of mismanagement and ignoring state prisons, including Governor Kay Ivey's many years running state government, she has decided to...NAME A COMMISSION.
Really?
Um, how many prison reform/improvement/correction PANELS, COMMISSIONS, and STUDY GROUPS have been named by Alabama Governor's in the past half century? What can this "commission" discover that is not already as plain as day?
Why do state voters put up with this?
