October 21, 2019 ALDOT 59/20 Bridge Project Media Briefing

I've been away from Birmingham, and in Montgomery, since 1998...so I mostly missed all the excitement of the DOT tearing down I-59-20 through Downtown Birmingham....but now the state had helpfully posted an apparent drone video of the progress on the new highway...which is supposed to finished by March. I do wonder how the state got federal permission to fly a drone that close to the Birmingham International Airport glidepath!
