All of Alabama's large cities are grouped together...and not at the top of the list. The capital city is only five places from the very bottom!

(Notable categories: Mobile is tied with several other cities for the highest premature infant death rate; Huntsville has the fewest mental health counselors in the country; San Francisco is ranked #1, and Brownsville (Texas) is ranked #174, least healthy.
