"I really want to open the Capri Theatre again. More than you do. I hope all of those others showing movies are successful and I hope there is not another spike in infections. But until we determine it is safe for you, we're not doing anything.

That comes from the regular emails he has been sending during the shutdown.
Oddly, the emails are not posted on the Capri website, but are sent from his Capri email address.
