The organization called "Climate Mayors" has some 500 members, mayor from across the country who are deeply concerned about Climate Change. There is only one Alabama mayor on the membership list: Birmingham's Mayor Randall Woodfin.
An article in Sunday's Washington Post includes this headline
Weary Gulf Coast mayors say hurricane season has changed for the worse, which many attribute to climate shifts
But there are no Alabama mayors mentioned in the story. I'm sure the mayors of Gulf Shores or Mobile or Orange Beach etc would have had some thoughts about the issue had they been asked, and may even be members of the mayors group, if they were aware of it.
