It's the reverse of transparency in Government. The Advertiser reports:
Gina Maiola, a spokeswoman for Gov. Ivey, wrote in an email Friday. "It is our expectation the governor, on Monday, will sign lease agreements to lease two new men’s correctional facilities to be constructed by CoreCivic’s developer team."
Ivey will sign the leases without the public...the people paying for them...knowing much of anything.
Where will the prisons be?
How much will the cost the state?
How much will the companies earn?
How long will the leases be?
KNOW nothing Government at its best.
